DTG (Direct-to-Garment) prints ink directly into fabric fibers — best on 100% cotton garments, producing a soft-feel result with unlimited colors. DTF (Direct-to-Film) creates a heat-transfer film that's applied to the garment — it works on virtually any fabric type including polyester, blends, and dark shirts. Both methods are excellent for complex multi-color artwork. We'll help you choose the right one for your specific design and garment.
Yes — we encourage it. Send us your artwork and we'll review it for print-readiness. If adjustments are needed for sizing, resolution, or color profile, we'll let you know. We work with most common design files and can advise on the best setup for your chosen method.
The ideal formats are PNG (with transparent background), AI, or PSD at a minimum of 300 DPI at actual print size. JPEG files are also accepted but may have quality limitations. For embroidery, vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) are preferred. If you're unsure, send what you have via WhatsApp and we'll assess it together.
Turnaround time depends on quantity and print method. We're known for fast production — small orders can be completed quickly. Yes. While we're based in Valenzuela City, Metro Manila, we can ship orders nationwide via courier. Shipping arrangements and costs are discussed per order. For Metro Manila clients, pickup and meetup options may also be available — inquire for details.
